Very nice flying airplane. Stinson 108-3 it has been left out in the sun too long and the fabric has rotted away. Many people didn't like the 165 Franklin engines they had on them. This one probably didn't pass the last fabric test and the engine is probably due overhaul. New fabric, overhaul engine, new tires, interior probably needs redone, a fresh annual. By the time all the work it needs done the cost would be greater than the value of the aircraft is worth. This is why it has been abandoned.
